Role Overview:
- Support Senior Project Manager and Project Managers.
- Develop department procedures and systems.
- Provide key performance indicators for Trusts Estates and Facilities capital program.
- Manage external resources for capital technical team.
- Flexibility to assist other Project Managers when directed.
Responsibilities:
- Autonomous Project Management of multiple projects.
- Stakeholder engagement across Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
- Collaborative support to Project Managers and various consultants.
- Principal Designer role: Focus on Health & Safety in pre-construction phase.
- CDM Advisor role: Expert guidance on 2015 CDM Regulations.
- Site H&S Inspector role: Safeguarding Health, Safety & Environment.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND level or equivalent in Building Construction or Health & Safety.
- Specialism in P3O with appropriate knowledge.
- NEBOSH Construction accreditation.
- Thorough understanding of CDM2015.
- Excellent people skills and commitment to Trust Values.
