ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for managing your own projects.
• Being the primary interface for advising and liaising with Client Teams, Design Teams, and Principal Contractors.
• Prepare and review Health & Safety documentation.
• Coordinating Principal Design efforts to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Advising on Health & Safety matters during the pre-construction phase.
• Identifying, eliminating, or controlling foreseeable risks in the design process.
• Coordinating with Client Teams, Design Teams, and Principal Contractors to integrate Health & Safety into the overall project strategy.
• Preparing and reviewing Health & Safety documentation
• Ensuring all project phases adhere to the highest safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• CMaPS / IMaPS Certification
• Tech IOSH / CMIOSH Membership
• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety
• Over 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient IT skills
• Valid driving license
