SalaryBennett & Game are proud to represent a Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who are currently seeking a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join them based from their Lichfield or Worcester office. The PD / CDM Advisor will be working on a range of projects including; listed buildings, heritage, conservation, healthcare, industrial and commercial. The candidate will be working closely with the PM team completing a range of CDM duties.
CDM Advsior / Principal Designer Position Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £30k - £55k DOE (open to discussion for the right candidate)
- Car Allowance DOE
- 25 days holiday plus BH
- Pension scheme

CDM Advsior / Principal Designer Position Overview
- Working closely with the PM team to complete CDM and PD works
- Undertake Principal Designer duties, as defined by the Construction (Design and Management) regulations 2015 (CDM) and as otherwise required of the role, including site visits, preparation of the pre- construction documentation.
- Liaise and communicate with clients, designers, contractors, and others and to offer advice and guidance on CDM/Health and Safety issues.
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety /CDM documentation for contractors and others.
- Attend design meetings site meetings and carryout site inspections.
CDM Advsior / Principal Designer Position Requirements
- Prior experience in a CDM Advisor or PD position
- Good working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
- Able to commute to Worcester or Lichfield
- Ideally hold supporting qualifications; APS, NEBOSH, IOSH etc. (open to discussion)
- Open to junior and senior candidates
