As a Principal Electronics Software Engineer, you will join our team in Fareham to support our activities within the Maritime sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Core Software and Firmware development, including integration
• Developing new features involving design and code implementation in Python, Linux, C, Assembly andC++.
• Team collaboration work including cross departments coordination
• Failure analysis and debugging of cross platform bugs and issues
  

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in circuit design, analysis, and testing (e.g. PCB board layouts)
• Full life-cycle development (design, bare board, commercialization)
• Embedded boot-loaders and update tools
• Degree in a relevant engineering field
