Salary Local authority in the Cambridgeshire area are looking for a Principal Estate Surveyor for an initial period of 6 months.
Purpose of the role:
To pro–actively manage and undertake general asset management and valuations of the Council's land and property holdings, including the commercial investment and corporate portfolios.
To drive the performance of the Council's commercial investment portfolio to maximise income, capital, redevelopment and investment opportunities.
To ensure that the Council's commercial investment portfolio is well managed, maintained and competitive in the market.
Initially 6 months
Inside IR35 – 500 a day umbrella
37 hours per week
