The client:
A leading flexible workspace company that operates with the aim to enhance the way people work are looking for a Senior Host to join the team.
The role:
The Senior Host duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Member Experience Manager with planning and execution of day to day tasks needed in order to ensure we hit all aspects of our daily set up
- Provide assistance regarding any reception services required
- Role model behaviours to and ensure the team welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone answering or referring enquiries.
- Liaise with Member Experience Hosts to facilitate all member requests such as meeting room reservations and catering, postage/parcel/courier arrangements ensuring services are appropriately charged for on Nexudus and all are completed within appropriate time frames
- Maintain accurate and timely records of completed work and ensure all information is handed over and followed up efficiently.
- Maintain security by following the health & safety procedures in place.
- Work with Member Experience hosts to order building stock to ensure levels are maintained, raising and receipting POs on SAP.
- Raise & manage troubleshooting tickets via the IT Helpdesk for IT issues, and via Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring members are kept updated.
- Assist Managers and colleagues with all operational and administrative tasks.
- Closely monitoring the housekeeping to ensure tea points, reception, WC's and meeting rooms are consistently replenished and maintained to a the highest standard.
- Closely monitor clients emails, replying to all relevant emails in a timely fashion.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have lots of initiative and be able to work under pressure
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Be personable and professional
- Have a passion for providing 5* client service
- Be a team player and happy to go the extra mile
- Ideally have previous experience as a corporate receptionist

- Salary up to £32k, depending on experience
- Shifts between 7am and 7pm
