Basic Salary £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) Commission up to 50%

As a Principal Life Science Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in winning new business and adeptly identifying specialised candidates for specific roles. This client-facing position involves building relationships for personal billing, self-generating new clients, and cultivating a passion for client relationship building and business development.

What it takes to succeed:

• 2+ years’ minimum experience in a Life Science 360 role with solid billing history.
• Ability to build rapport and hunger to win new business
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a positive mindset and a passion for business growth
• High energy, motivation, and eagerness to develop others
• Results-oriented and target-driven
• A natural networker
