21 hours per week
High profile role for experienced local authority litigator with extensive experience of all local authority related contentions and non-contentious civil and criminal work.
Attendance in the office will be required on each Wednesday of the week and of course to cover any court/tribunal dates.
The candidate will need to be available on occasion for out of hours in the case of arrest by the police following a bench warrant issue.
The candidate will be required to manage the litigation team and mentor younger and other solicitors within the team on all aspects of the local authority related litigation work
