Principal Planning Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the South East who are seeking to hire a Principal Planning Lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months. .

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 8 years PQE,

- Have prior experience in positions of seniority.

- Have previous experience with s106s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be comfortable working autonomously,

- Be experienced working in the public sector.

This candidate would also be required to attend three planning committees per month.

Candidates with limited senior experience will also be considered but at a lower commensurate rate.
