Principal Planning Officer

My Local Authority client in the East Anglia area who are looking for a Principal Planning Officer on an interim basis and they need the successful candidate to start ASAP.

The successful candidates will be working on  Large Scale Majors up to 400 units ,the succesful candidate  and have at least 9 years of experience within Planning and need 1 reference.

The package -
£48 - £60 per hour (DOE)OUTSIDE IR35
12-month contract
Monthly site visits
