WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive diary management for the Co-Founder
Scheduling meetings across time zones
Support with day to day operational management for the office
Organising of team offsites and events
Maintenance and general upkeep of CRM platform
Extensive travel booking with detailed itineraries
Proactive gatekeeping

WHO YOU ARE
An experienced Team EA/PA candidate, looking for a dynamic and fast paced work setting where you will provide support to a busy individual.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a support role
Boutique finance, PE, VC or management consultancy experience is essential
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and to sometimes tight deadlines
Top notch communication skills
This role is paying up to £70k (DOE), benefits, 25 days annual leave and hybrid working.
