I am working with an East of England-based Local Authority who require two Principal Planning Policy Officers to join the team.
Park Avenue work closely with this Council across our Planning, Housing and Property divisions. Contractors love working here!
With the Hiring manager being an interim, they are offering two 6-month initial contracts to assist the Planning Policy teams, one role is working on general Local Plans work and the other role is focusing on an Infrastructure Delivery Plan.
There is an office attendance requirement as a minimum of once a week, the team likes to be in together to ensure that the performance in work is at its highest.
They are offering up to £60 per hour inside IR35 and scope for extension if your first 6 months is successful.
