Our client is a multinational Building Services Consultancy looking to ad a Principal Public health Engineer to their team in Croydon. You'll get to work on a wide variety of projects in the city and the opportunity to lead the offices PH Engineering offering.
Principal Public Health Engineer responsibilities:
- Contribute to leading Public health and mechanical engineering teams and take a project leadership role as required.
- Communicating directly with Clients, offering innovative design solutions and managing expectations. Further developing relationships with existing and new clients including contractors, architects and developers.
- Preparing technical and financial proposals for new work.
- Managing workload of engineers and technicians
- Preparing Technical Specifications.
- Monitor financial performance of jobs as well as setting up and managing job/project administrative systems, including planning and monitoring job resourcing/expenditure.
Principal Public Health Engineer requirements:
- Extensive Public health experience in an MEP or multidisc-consultancy, with experience acting as project leader.
- Diverse sector experience, ideally with large scale project experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to develop relationships with clients, architects and other team members.
- Bachelors or master's degree in engineering
- Professionally registered with a relevant institution; e.g. CIBSE, IMechE, etc.
- A Bachelor's degree BEng/BSc or Master's degree MEng/MSc in a relevant discipline.
