For 13 years, our London Perm business has consistently led the way in our market. While our ideal candidate would assume a leadership position, we are open to tailoring the role to the individual. This means there's an opportunity for you to lead a small team of 2 or 3 recruiters from day one, or gradually transition into a management position. You'll have the chance to grow and develop existing accounts while being responsible for personal new business targets.
Our Perm Team comprises of 9 Recruiters and 3 Candidate Managers. The team manager boasts over 17 years of experience and is consistently a top biller. She is eagerly looking for someone to play a vital role in driving further growth for our team and London business.
