Our client is a national consultancy who benefit from being an employee-owned firm. They are well established and have won a number of awards for their environmentally friendly designs.
The Kendal office is seeking a lead for their structures team. If you can be a mentor and a role model, whilst providing technical guidance and enhancing the development of the team – we want to hear from you.
Their project workload is varied and includes healthcare, commercial, residential, industrial and education plus more.
Your leadership and financial skills are needed to help manage and deliver a wide range of projects, with a focus on profitable delivery.
You will have been in the business for at least 15 years, have attained Chartered status and can recognise and reward the efforts and contribution of your team.
