Salary: £60,000 (DOE)

Europe's most successful Integrated Defence Company is seeking out candidates to fill the position of Principal Systems Engineer.
As part of the Systems Design Emerging Portfolio and Capability function you will deliver Systems Engineering expertise to projects focussing on the front end of the product life cycle, designing the latest Complex Weapons capabilities for the UK and partner nation Armed Forces in response to advanced threats in all domains (Air, Land, Sea).
As a joint venture between 3 Aerospace & Defence Giants, the Company is renowned for its contribution to the design, development & manufacture of Advanced Missile & Defence Systems. These deterrents play a crucial role in maintaining Peace, Sovereignty, National security & Freedom, whilst protecting active military personnel across all combat domains - Army, Navy & Air Force.

- Requirements and Use Case analysis
- Concept assessment and design trade studies
- System architecture design and functional modelling
- Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
- Verification, Validation and Certification
- Model based engineering techniques, including MBSE

Benefits Package:
- Base salary: £75,000 - Based on experience & interview performance
- Annual Bonus: Generous Bonus Scheme based on company performance.
- Annual Salary Review – Up to 6.5% + £1k increase per annum
- Overtime & Flexi-Leave: Earn up to 15 days flexi-leave and an additional 5%-15% (On average) of your salary in overtime – Completely optional after 37 hour working week
- Pension: Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
- Holidays: 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays and an additional 3-4 days for the Christmas shutdown.
- Company Sick Pay: This ranges from 6 weeks for the first 6 months of service and on an increasing scale increases up to 48 weeks after 5 years’ service.
