Job DescriptionSt Ninians Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Principal Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will model the highest standards of learning and teaching, will inspire, motivate and support colleagues and will work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to bring about improvement. St Ninians Primary School is situated one mile south of the centre of the historic City of Stirling. Originally a village school built in 1875, it was first extended in 1892 and later in the early 60s. In October 2016, we moved into a brand new, state of the art building. Our new school has capacity for 16 classes, a large Dining/Multi-Purpose Hall, a large Games Hall and breakout spaces. The nursery has its own amazing space for our youngest learners to grow and develop. The school currently has a roll of approximately 420 children across 16 classes, and an extended year nursery with space for 32 children in each session. Our staff embrace the philosophy of 'Getting It Right for Every Child' and are committed to providing positive learning experiences and improving outcomes for all our children.
