Job Title: Principal Town Planner
Location: Carmarthenshire
Salary: Up to £50k DOE
 
Are you a talented and experienced Town Planner looking for a new and exciting opportunity to advance your career? Carrington West are assisting their client in their search for a Principal Town Planner on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is an independent town planning consultancy located in Carmarthenshire.
 
Key Responsibilities:
As a Principal Town Planner, you will:
 
1.Lead the planning and development process for a variety of projects.
2.Generate new business in alignment with business development strategy.
3.Engage with both existing and new clients and create professional, long term relationships.
4.Supporting Junior members of staff.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
 
1.Full membership of the RTPI is desirable.
2.At least 3 years post qualification experience.
