This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join an independent Engineering and Sustainability Consultancy.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in sustainability, environmental, engineering, architecture or similar
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Communication skills, written and verbal
- Understanding of the policy & regulatory landscape relating to sustainable buildings and building energy in the UK
- BREEAM Assessor qualification
- BREEAM AP qualification
- Knowledge of Net Zero Carbon standards (Desirable)
- Analytical skills and computer literate e.g. Excel
Duties:
- Attend project meetings and manage timescale, profitability, and budget of projects
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop projects proposals and attend project interviews and presentations
- Support junior members of staff
- Whole life carbon including operational and embodied carbon, and circular economy principals
- Complete environmental assessment of buildings using BREEAM, LEED, and Ska
