Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and leadership to the Service Team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Drive growth through outstanding service delivery, meeting monthly revenue targets, and achieving new business goals
• Utilize data analytics and strategic skills to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies
• Collaborate closely with the Regulatory Department to maintain regulatory compliance and uphold product quality
• Ensure prompt and efficient coverage for breakdowns and service contracts, meeting key performance indicators
• Travel within the UK as needed to support customer needs and business initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical devices engineering, with strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent data analytical, reporting, and business development skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Proficient IT/technical skills; experience with ophthalmology is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
