Job Title: Technical Service Manager
Location: Leeds (LS1)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to join a nationally recognised Engineering Service provider to work at a flagship commercial site a stone throw from the centre of Leeds. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Technical Services to the highest standard.
You will be a key member of a successful team working closely with the customer to ensure the clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage Technical Service delivery to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services
- Manage technical resources, including staff and contractors, to ensure that they are effectively utilized
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Equivalent) Or Degree qualified.
- AP Status – Electrical or Mechanical
- 2 years of Experience in a technical / management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Technical Services to clients
