Position Overview: As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will handle a diverse range of cases within the Private Client department, catering to the needs of their individual clients. Whether you are an experienced paralegal or a solicitor looking to advance your career, they welcome candidates at All Levels to contribute their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills and trusts.
- Collaborate with other professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stay abreast of developments in Private Client law and maintain a high level of legal knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Private Client law, with a focus on wills, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
