TSR Legal are excited to be working with a reputable legal firm, who is excited to announce two opportunities for Private Client Lawyers to join our client’s established team in the Midsomer Norton office.
Role Overview:
As a Private Client Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our busy firm. The ideal candidates, either Solicitors or Legal Executives, should have a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in a broad spectrum of Private Client work. This includes providing expert advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate administration. While experience with Trusts is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for the role.
Key Requirements:
- Legal Expertise: Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in Private Client work, demonstrating proficiency in Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate administration.
- Trust Experience: While not essential, experience in Trusts would be considered an advantage.
- Enthusiasm and Marketing: We are seeking enthusiastic Lawyers who have a keen interest in marketing. Candidates should be motivated to develop an existing caseload and contribute to the growth of the department.
