Private Client Legal Secretary

I am currently working with a well established regional firm who is looking for a Private Client Legal secretary to be based in their Reigate office. This role is to provide direct support to the fee earners in the Private Client team to enable them to operate at optimum efficiency. This job role will include preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing, making appointments, arranging meetings, providing support to other secretaries when needed and speaking with clients both on the phone and in person in a professional and friendly manner. My client is looking for someone who has had a minimum of 1 years experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client department, advanced IT skills, high accuracy levels, is able to communicate professionally with clients and provide good customer care.
