SalaryWe are proud to be representing our top legal client in Weybridge in their search for a Legal Secretary. This position will be based full time in the Conveyancing opportunity.
Key duties to include:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications with key clients.
- Provide adequate support to fee earners and other members of the team.
- Undertake filing and paperwork tasks to provide colleagues with assistance.
- Complete prioritised administration duties in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate:
- Will have experience as a Legal secretary in a Conveyancing department.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
