Private Client Paralegal

Do you have 12+ month experience working in a Private Client team and keen to join a dynamic and award-winning Private Client team in Manchester?
As a Paralegal, you will support Solicitors and Partners in fee-earning work, gaining exposure to a variety of responsibilities in the Private Client sector. The role involves:

• Interviewing and advising clients
• Drafting legal documents (Wills, Powers of Attorney)
• Conducting estate administration ('probate') work
• Drafting accounts and liaising with clients
• Creating and administering Trusts
• Providing general administration support

This role provides exposure to complex work, allowing you to take on increasing responsibilities in file handling and client contact as you grow in the position.
Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in Private Client law
• Commitment to excellent client care and enthusiasm for Private Client work
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competence in mathematics
