Job Description:
Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm is looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their busy, successful, and expanding Wills & Probate team.
Their Private Client team assist their clients with a wide range of work including the preparation and execution of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Probates and Trusts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to develop within a highly respected Wills & Probate team and to be a key part of our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills, probate matters, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Providing legal advice to clients.
- Managing client files and ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Assisting with the administration of estates.
- Preparing estate accounts.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and evidence of working pro-actively
- An eye for detail
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively
- A commercial understanding and outlook
