Our client, a full service, progressive law firm based in Leeds city centre, is seeking a Paralegal / Fee Earner to join it’s expanding and caring Private Client department. You will be supporting the team and can run your own caseload focusing on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trusts. Your duties will include:
- Client care, witnessing wills and assisting with enquiries
- Supporting more senior lawyers
- Preparation of relevant documentation
- Legal research
- Managing your own files
You should have excellent communication and IT skills and be able to work well both individually and in a team. This role requires previous experience within Wills & Probate.
