Key responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Managing and organising client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conducting legal research and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitating communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties.
- Handling probate and trust administration tasks, including document preparation and court filings.
- Collaborating with other paralegals and legal professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
- Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- 12 months experience as a Private Client Paralegal
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
