Private Client Assistant
SJC is currently managing the recruitment process for a highly reputable, multi service law firm in Newton-le-willows who are looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their high performing PC department.
Role -
* Assist the Fee Earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception through to completion
* Assist with Wills, Probate, Estates, Tax and Trusts
* Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
* Draft statements and other legal documentation
* Daily use of the companies case management system
* Assist with all administrative duties
The Person -
* Sound knowledge of Private Client work
* Possess a minimum of 6 months experience within a Private Client team
* Ability to use a case management system
* Possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills
