Delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading law firms to find a Private Client Paralegal to join their established Stockport team. The firm specialises in a number of different practice areas and have grown substantially over the years to become one of the leading providers of legal services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and successful Private Client Team and work alongside highly experienced Solicitors, who are experts in their field. This is full time permanent role based in Stockport, with one day per week to be based in their Stoke office (expenses paid / working hours reduced)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a Solicitor with their caseload and depending on experience handle their own caseload
• Dealing directly with clients and various parties
• Utilising case management software
• Drafting and amending Wills, LPA’s and Probate applications
• Dealing with ordering routine property searches
• Production of routine correspondence
• Chasing the progress of the file, to ensure completion at the earliest opportunity
• Responsible for billing the transaction

Requirements:

• At least 2 years Paralegal experience – ability to will draft advantageous
• Experience in using VisualFiles preferred but not essential
• Experience dealing with Private Client matters necessary
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
