Salary Position: Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner / Paralegal
Location: Chester
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + dependent on experience
My client are seeking a dedicated and skilled Private Client Solicitor or Paralegal with a minimum of 3 Years' experience to join their dynamic team in Chester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling their own caseload of mixed non-contentious Private Client files, including wills, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters independently and efficiently.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning, trusts, and inheritance tax matters.
Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney with meticulous attention to detail.
Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and external parties to ensure a smooth and seamless legal process.
Stay updated with relevant legal developments and best practices within the Private Client sector.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 3 Years' experience in Private Client law.
Proven ability to manage own caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
A proactive and client-focused approach to delivering high-quality legal services.
