SalaryA Senior Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive is sought for a leading regional Firm based in Chester. This is a superb opportunity to join a growing, busy Firm and help push this team to the next level.
As a senior fee earner you will work as part of the team under the guidance of the Head of the Department. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of Private Client Law, including wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, estate administration, tax, and Court of Protection matters. Handling complex cases with minimal supervision, you will actively contribute to the success of the firm.
Key Criteria:
- You will ideally be 5 years PQE+ but more importantly, you will have demonstrative experience of dealing with all aspects of Private Client work.
- Experience of dealing with wills, tax planning and trusts, probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work is desirable.
- Experience of setting up and running personal injury trusts is desirable.
- Knowledge of statutory funding and benefits would be helpful.
- Excellent drafting skills coupled with attention to detail.
- An empathetic approach to clients and a commitment to delivering client service excellence is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
