SalaryWe are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Paralegal to join their Private Client Team in Oswestry. This position will be permanent and full time based Monday to Friday in the office.
Key duties to include:
- Drafting Wills
- Preparing Probate paperwork.
- Managing Trusts and Estates casework.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney documentation.
- Undertaking general supportive duties for Private Client fee earners.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous paralegal/legal assistant experience.
- Experience using Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
- Strong spelling and grammar.
- Attentive to detail.
- A team player willing to develop their skills!
