As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the Private Client department, providing expert legal advice and services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, offering guidance on wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, and trust creation.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection.
- Assist clients with the creation and administration of lasting powers of attorney.
- Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in Private Client law.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent service delivery.
- Attend client meetings, negotiate on their behalf, and represent their interests with professionalism.
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor (1-3 years PQE)
- Solid experience in will drafting, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales.
