You :
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 2 years PQE looking for your next challenge having made an impact elsewhere in your career.

The role:
Joining a successful Wills & Probate department who offer support and advise on areas such as : Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estate, Deputyship Applications, Management of Affairs, Declarations of Trust. The bulk of your work will centre on handling Probate and Estate Administration. There may also be Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney maters if you have experience and knowledge in these areas.
A company car to enable fee-earners to visit clients (with mobility issues) at residential homes / their own home within a reasonable radius or journey time at no additional cost.
All of the team in this department have completed Dementia Friends training; they also encourage individuals to be members of Solicitors for the Elderly.
