SalaryRole Overview: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice, building, and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters including wills, trusts, probate, court of protection, estate and tax planning.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in Private Client law.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
- Strong knowledge and experience in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
