The team is dedicated to delivering tailored, compassionate, and professional advice across all areas of Private Client work.

Currently seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload with a particular focus on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of wills and estate planning
• Administering estates and managing probate processes
• Drafting and managing lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on and setting up trusts
• Providing comprehensive tax planning advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience in dealing with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
