Throughout your two-year training contract, you will undertake placements in different departments, providing exposure to a comprehensive range of work. From day one, you will be entrusted with responsibilities and will engage with our clients, including businesses, organisations, and individuals locally, as well as across the UK and beyond.
Active participation in departmental training across the firm will be a key component of your experience, offering you the opportunity to take an active role within each department. This approach provides an excellent means of getting to know everyone within the firm.
To be eligible fort the training contract, you must have completed your LPC.

This is a valuable opportunity to gain first hand experience and insight into the roles of a Trainee Solicitor and a qualified solicitor, ensuring that you are making the right career choice.
We are keen to learn more about you during this process, and you will have ample opportunities to engage with our Talent Team and individuals across the firm. While we understand that assessments can be challenging, we strive to make the experience enjoyable and interesting. You will also have plenty of time to connect with our existing trainees and solicitor apprentices.
