SalaryKey Responsibilities
- Handling a mixed and complex caseload of Private Client matters including wills, trusts, probate, court of protection, estate, and tax planning.
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Assisting business development.
- A qualified Solicitor Private Client Solicitor (4 years PQE plus)
- Ideally STEP qualified (not essential)
- Experience in wills, probate, trusts, LPA’s and court of protection
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Bonus scheme- which allows you to earn up to 20% of anything you bill over target.
