Description

As an interim Private Client Solicitor;

• Manage a portfolio of probate cases from initiation to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding probate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to probate cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other team members within the legal department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Continuously update knowledge on changes in probate law and related areas.

Profile

A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

• A qualification in law, preferably with a specialisation in probate law.
• Proven experience in handling probate cases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of business services and the legal industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
