An award-winning Law Firm in Central London is looking to add a dynamic Residential Solicitor to their small but growing team.

The Residential Solicitor Role

The firm has continued to go from strength to strength and has expanded from a team of 30 to what is now 50 strong. As a result of this continued growth, and a bustling pipeline of projects, the company is now looking to add a strong Residential Solicitor to the team.

Taking on a management role, the incoming Residential Solicitor will be heading up a small team of paralegals and assistant solicitors. Working with a strong portfolio of high-net-worth clients across London and the Southeast.

This firm have a truly enviable company culture which includes bi-monthly socials, all expenses paid trips, a flexible working policy generally in the office 2-3 days per week - all of which contribute to their impressively low staff turnover.

Alongside this, the new Residential Solicitor will benefit from uncapped opportunities for progression. The current Equity Partner joined the firm as a trainee and there are numerous members of the team who have also benefited from this proven internal progression.

The Residential Solicitor

• Circa 1 - 4 PQE residential property experience across all aspects of freehold & leasehold sale and purchase work, lease extensions, refinancing and transfer of equity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify and grow new streams of work.
• Genuine interest in coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Ambition to grow and progress within a business.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and hard working

• £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm , 1 hour unpaid lunch
