Your new role
The firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Wills, Trust & Probate team. You will assist the team in all steps of support for existing clients and work closely with the Partners and Fee Earners to develop new business. You will be expected to participate in the development of the Wills, Trusts & Probate department and produce fee income in line with targets and agreed objectives and perform fee-earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm\'s quality and risk procedures.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years post-qualification experience at a City Firm with the ability to work well under pressure both as part of a team, and independently. Experience in working within a large Wills, Trusts and Probate department is essential, with a clear understanding of wills, powers of attorney, tax planning and estate administration and trusts. An interest in business development is also essential to the role.
