Douglas Scott are actively seeking a STEP qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join a long-standing client as an Associate Solicitor with Private Client matters. This role comes at an exciting time as my client expands their Private Client team due to increased work levels, including cases referred by the Court of Protection team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, overseeing estate and trust administration, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and probate/Administration matters. Additionally, they will play a vital role in supervising and supporting junior fee earners, such as trainee solicitors and paralegals. Providing advice on practical and legal issues, maintaining excellent client care standards, and engaging in daily client interactions are key aspects of the role.
Work Environment:
The firm embraces a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility with at least one day per week in the office. The balance between home and office is adjusted to accommodate individual and team needs.
