What will you do?

Manage a broad Private Client caseload to include: 

• Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts), Estate Administration, elderly client services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and basic Court of Protection work
• Inherit a caseload 
• If appropriate, advise on complex and high net worth matters 

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive 
• Private client experience 
• Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE 
• Those without a STEP qualification are encouraged to apply, as this is not essential at all
