The Role:

We are looking for an experienced full time Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our busy Wills and Probate department.

Based in the centre of Loughborough - we are accredited by the Law Society Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme and the ideal candidate will also be qualified as a STEP practitioner and/or accreditation with Solicitors for the Elderly.

Experience must include all these areas:

• Wills and Trusts
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Elderly and vulnerable clients

Ideally, the candidate will be local to Leicestershire or the surrounding counties, wishing to establish themselves at the firm and to actively help grow the department through marketing and networking.
