Key Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare basic to complex Wills, LPAs, and general PoAs
- Primarily handle Probate and estate administration, from basic to high-value estates
- Administer intestate estates and understand intestacy rules
- Basic understanding of trusts and tax implications
- Awareness of issues affecting older clients and Court of Protection matters
