Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a varied caseload of Private Client affairs.
- Draft wills, trusts, and pertinent legal documentation.
- Offer expert guidance on estate planning, tax implications, and inheritance matters.
- Efficiently handle probate and estate administration processes.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in Private Client law.
- Create and sustain client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ and above).
