I am working with a tier 1 US Law Firm that is looking to add to its Private Equity team in London (nq-4pqe). The team advises Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies this includes LBOs, co and minority investments, management incentive plans, bolt-on investments, management change, recaps, corporate restructurings and exits.
They are looking for a lawyer with some corporate experience who would like to specialise on advising on Private Equity deals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on market leading Private Equity deals whilst getting paid a Cravath salary. You will be given a good level of responsibility which will enable you to become an outstanding Private Equity lawyer and the training provided is exceptional.
