SalaryA brand new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join this friendly and collaborative investment firm based in the City of London, with 1 - 2 days working from home per week (business needs depending.)
This exciting role will see you joining a high-energy Private Equity team as their Team Executive Assistant. You will be heavily relied on by two C-Suite Execs, as well as lighter touch support for the wider team of six, with the nature of the work varying greatly from week-to-week. As EA, the core part of your role will entail busy diary management and travel coordination, as well as executing AGMs and events. Working cohesively with a close-knit and supportive team of EAs, you will also take on wider company projects to ensure the smooth running of the office. No task is too big or too small here, and as such we would love to speak to PAs who enjoy working in a flat structure where everyone ‘mucks in’ and tasks are completed with zero ‘ego.’
